Osteopathy
Do you know anyone who sees an osteopath? When they talk to you about it do you smile and nod and wonder what on earth they are talking about? Osteopathy is a holistic (as in whole, global) approach to treating the body which takes into account every stressful event your body has been through to date.
Osteopathy is a natural medicine with a basic philosophy that the body has an innate ability to self-regulate and self-heal. Osteopathic treatment uses a gentle “hands-on” or manual approach to identify areas of the body that are restricted and to gently release these areas in order to restore normal function. Osteopaths’ main tools are their hands and highly refined sense of palpation, which they use to assess the state of the body’s tissues and systems.

Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine is a long-established method of improving health & well-being. There is an ever-increasing amount of scientific research proving the efficacy of plant-based medicines as well as thousands of years of traditional use of herbal medicine for successfully alleviating various ailments.
Through a holistic approach, herbs can improve digestion, balance hormones, help with detoxification, improve immune system function, enhance energy levels, reduce pain, and more. Herbal medicine can be safely utilized for chronic conditions, addressing acute illness or injury, and preventative health support to help reduce the risk of future health problems.
Clinical herbalists have extensive training in human anatomy & physiology, pathology (the study of diseases), pharmacology (the science of drugs & medications), nutrition, physical exams, interpreting blood work and lab test results, as well as in-depth knowledge of herbal medicines.
With an intake consultation, you receive detailed personalized recommendations that include a step-by-step program to help you experience your best possible health. This protocol includes custom-formulated herbal remedies (ex. tea, tinctures, powder, or topical), nutritional support strategies, vitamins or supplements, and/or lifestyle changes tailored to your health concerns and goals.

Energy Medicine
At its foundation, Energy Medicine focuses on the energy fields of the body that organize and control the growth and repair of cells, tissue, and organs. Moving stuck and constricted energy can often help address pain, shift symptoms and alleviate chronic conditions. Balancing your energies can balance your body's chemistry, regulate your hormones, help you feel better, and help you think better. Working with your energy can help to strengthen your immune, circulatory, lymphatic, and respiratory systems; treat pain, depression, and stress; and improve memory.
Hyper-sensitive children and empaths can come to appreciate and value their particular superpowers and engage in the world better, when they understand, support and align their energy bodies. Connecting with your body's subtle energies can also be a way to know and experience your deepest spiritual callings and your eternal essence.
